Minimum Investment: All Vanguard mutual funds used in these strategies require a $3,000 minimum initial investment per fund (Admiral Shares). Since strategies allocate 100% to one fund at a time, your account balance must be at least $3,000. VMFXX (money market) has a $0 minimum when used as the brokerage settlement fund.

Round-Trip Restrictions: Vanguard monitors mutual fund accounts for frequent trading. A round-trip occurs when you buy and sell (or sell and buy) the same fund within 30 calendar days. Excessive round-trips may result in trading restrictions on your account.

Backtested Performance: All strategy results are based on historical backtesting using real price data. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Actual returns may differ due to market conditions, slippage, and execution timing.

Trade Execution: Mutual fund trades execute at the end-of-day NAV. You can place your order anytime between 7:00 AM and 3:45 PM ET on the trade date to receive same-day pricing. We recommend finishing by 3:45 PM ET to avoid timing issues from website lag or submission delays.
